This double bedroom has got a comfortable new double bed with hanging cupboard space, dresser & stool and office chair.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared areas which require keeping clean and tidy after each use.
£100 per week for 4 nights is the weekly rent with a £200 deposit. The deposit is refundable if all is in good order on final departure. The length of the rental is negotiable. The room rental includes using all kitchen tools, bedding, linen, bath towel and all utility bills. Bathroom towels are changed every week and sheets fortnightly. The room is cleaned weekly. WiFi is available.
The house is situated 10 minutes by car to the center of Woking. 5 Minutes to West Byfleet, 15 minutes away from the M25 junction 11, and 20 minutes from the A3. There is parking outside the house on the verge. A bus is regularly going from Albert Drive to Woking railway station (15 minutes).
