* 1 person no parking space 130 pw + 8 weeks deposit;

* A couples with parking space 165 pw + 8 weeks deposit.

Next door is Morrissons for all of your food and petrol needs.

The town centre and station is just a few minutes walk,
so you're close enough for comfort, but far away enough to not hear things late at night.

Woking station is about a 7 minute walk away,
and is on a direct line to London Waterloo(about 25 minutes if you get the right train).

It's a great flat,
and my girlfriend and I we are a very easy going flatmate. we've had flatmates who we've done everything with,
and flatmates that don't come out of their room,
