I have a newly decorated double room for rent Monday to Friday in my flat. The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and the divan bed base has additional storage. Chest of drawers (not in the photos) is also included.
Price can include provision and cleaning of sheets and towels (if required).
The flat has a large sitting room with tv, wii, dvd player and box for recording tv. Large kitchen with a kitchen table and plenty of worktop space. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger only. Short terms lets are acceptable.
I've indicated that the property has a garage but I use this for storage only. Tenants would be welcome to store items here as well.
The flat is less than 10 minutes walk to the station and town centre and 2 minutes to Woking Park.
