Right next to your room, shared with just one other person and cleaned for you every week.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The house has a large sociable open plan kitchen/living room together with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, double built in oven, microwave, two large fridge freezers, lots of storage, gas hob, crockery, cutlery and everything you should need. No extra charges for washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room has a 40" smart flat-screen TV, TiVo box and comfortable leather sofa plus patio doors leading onto a lovely private garden with patio, patio furniture and a bike shed.

CHARGES
ALL bills included within the rent: electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, weekly cleaner and gardener.
£75 admin charge covers referencing, Tenancy Agreement, inventory makeup and check in.
