Single room in a large house (Mon to Fri)

We have a large house with a single room available. We have recently let this room out to a man working Monday to Friday for the past 3 years who is just changing jobs and will live nearer to home. This room will be available from 9th December.

It's a small box room that has a single bed, with a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.

There are two windows, looking out to the front of the property and to the side of the property including woodlands.

The house has a kitchen with an Aga, a lounge with a log burner, a large conservatory, and large amount of outdoor space.

We have 2 beautiful kittens inside and free range ducks and chickens outside.

We have 2 driveways, enough to fit 7 cars comfortably, so each has its own space.

We currently rent out 1 other Monday to Friday and the bathroom is shared.

As its a large house, and we all work long hours and some do shift work, we rarely have everyone at home each evening/night.

We are looking for someone who would like the room on a Monday to Friday basis. Please let me know if you would like to look at the room.
