Hello! I’m looking for a non-smoker professional male or female to share 2 bed maisonette in Worcester Park/Stoneleigh.
Large and comfortable furnished room with double bed and your own 32’ flat tv connected to Virgin Media box. Sharing communal areas: living room, bathroom, a small but fully fitted kitchen and garden. All bills included apart from the cost of the cleaner who comes every other week (£20 a month each). The flat doesn't have off-street parking but there are no restrictions for parking in the area.
I work in London and have an stressful job so I like chilling out when I get home either watching tv or just reading. I'm sociable and I am happy to chat and watch tv or a film together but I also like my own space. I would like to share with someone who is quiet, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful.
This is a quiet residential area located 10 mins walk from Stoneleigh station or 15 from Worcester Park (Waterloo train line: 10 to Wimbledon / 20 mins to Clapham Junction / 30 mins to Waterloo).
