Above Costa coffee on main high street very close to all amenities. Under 5 minutes walk to mainline railway station and just 25 minutes into London Waterloo with trains running every 15 minutes. There are also regular bus services running from Kingston to Sutton and Croydon to Heathrow.

Ex office conversion making a very spacious modern 3 Double Bedroom two storey flat. Large open plan kitchen / dining room, very large lounge overlooking high street downstairs. Separate toilet and bathroom with the 3 double bedrooms upstairs. We have all mod cons although the room itself is unfurnished. (Futon in photo is available if needed)

We are two young professionals looking for a like minded person to share our flat with, it is a non smoking household although there is a terrace where you can smoke if needed. Although we do of course have social lives we also respect our quiet time during the week so preferably no parties on a school night. The rent does not include bills which average around £100 a month.

The applicant must be able to pass a financial screening from Coopers estate agents. Our contract is up for renewal on October 15 and we are looking for someone who will be willing to sign up for a year with us. With rent and deposit it will cost about £1066 to move in and Coopers will charge a small fee for a background check around £30 - £50.
