Lovely bright double room available to rent in three bed property.

We are very polite, clean and respectful married couple and so, we are looking for someone with the same values to share our home with us.
We enjoy having people over and learn about their country and traditions.

The room consists of a sturdy double bed with a bed side table, build in cupboard, desk with chair, shelves and armchair, fridge, kettle and toaster. The room has a bay window which allows in lots of day light.
Feel free to keep the TV (as pictured) in the room. It is functional, you just need to get an antenna.

The flat is located only 5 minutes walk from the Worcester park train station with trains going to Waterloo every 15 minutes.
8 minutes to Wimbledon by train.
10 minutes to Epsom by train.
Also buses are a short distance from the flat. 213 will take you to Kingston and Sutton and X26 goes to Heathrow and Croydon passing through Kingston, New Malden, Sutton and Wallington.
Library is just opposite the property, Waitrose 2 minutes walk and various shops and restaurants on the high street.

The rent is £500 p/m and includes of all bills. We will ask for 1 months rent in advance as a deposit for stays over 2 months.
For shorter stays we will ask for £130 p/w.
