I have a good sized single furnished room available (for single occupancy only), I am a live in landlord and you will be living with myself and my family we also have pets a small dog and two cats. The rooms is fully furnished and has a TV, access to broadband and full access to the rest of this comfortable well equipped house and garden are available to tenants.
We are a busy friendly family and are looking for clean, tidy and easy going tenants to share our home with.
Rents include bills (but and excessive usage will be charged as extras)
The room is for single occupancy only and no DSS
