Hello, My name's Andy and I am looking for a new flatmate as my existing one has decided to move to Spain!
The flat is located in the amazing Hamptons development in Worcester Park. This means along with a nice flat to live in, you have access to a gym, tennis courts, games room and amazing parkland all for free!
The room itself is of a decent size and comes with a Double bed, set of drawers and clothes rail. Although you are welcome to bring your own wardrobe if you like. You also have your own bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The flat is located in Zone 4, and is about a 5-10 minute walk from the station that takes you into waterloo in about 25 minutes.
You will be sharing the flat with myself so ideally i'm looking for someone who is easy going, kind, likes music and so on... I wouldn't want the new tenant to feel like a lodger, more that it would be "our" flat and feel like home for the both of us. So if you are up for taking a look around give me a shout on here!
