House located in private cul de sac, within 2 minute walking distance to Four Lane Ends bus and metro interchange - easy access to many locations including Newcastle city centre, Central Train station and the coast. Local shops (including Tesco express, post office, pharmacy) are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Easy walking distance to Quorum business park (1 mile / 20mins) and Freeman Hospital (1. 5miles / 30mins)

Currently, there are 2 of us living at the property - I work in a hospital and my other housemate works at a local business park. We are looking for a young professional, non-smoker is essential.
