Available for a move in 09/09/19 for short term
One clean, fresh double bedroom available for a short term let.
The house is on the market and a sale is waiting to go through so it is immaculately presented (and I would be totally grateful to any housemate who helped me keep it that way). I’m open to stays of one week or more (weekly fixed agreement) or rolling month with agreed 30 days notice period on both sides.
It’s a double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. Bedding not provided.
The area is quiet and safe with good local facilities and excellent transport links to the city. It’s also walkable into the countryside.
I’ve shared this space for years on the understanding that if I don’t know there’s a problem, I can’t fix it so just talk to me and I’ll see what I can do. It’s home so be comfortable. At the same time, it’s my home and ask for respect of communal spaces and others in the house.
If you’d like to look round or have questions you’d like to ask first, please get in touch.
