The house is located close to the Newcastle Quayside and benefits a garden and garage.
The accommodation comprises of a lounge, fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath, There is also a downstairs WC. There are 4 bedrooms (one of which is being offered for rent) plus a spare bedroom.
The current tenants comprise of two law students and a design for industry student. We are all going into our final year, so therefore are more academically focused but still like good nights out :)
