I have 2 double bedrooms available. Both rooms are furnished double rooms and one is huge with 2 walls of built in storage and a bed. The other has 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bed.
Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom, large living room, large open plan dining room and outside space (with BBQ).
All bills are included excluding landline use. Includes Fibre optic virgin broadband and virgin HD TV
The house is in a young professional/young family area which is quiet and friendly but only a few minutes walk from Low Fell High Street - shops, post office, hairdressers/barbers, restaurants, pubs, accountants, florist, Saltwell Park etc. Accessible to Gateshead leisure and other fitness premises. Buses run into Gateshead & Newcastle city centre every 10mins and its 15mins drive to the Metrocentre. It is a short drive if you own a car and on street parking is available here.
