Double room in upper maisonette

I have 1 furnished double room for rent in a spacious 4 bed maisonette. The property has central heating, double glazing, internet, cable tv in both lounge and dining room, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all other mod cons. There is a private walled yard with chairs, table and bbq area.
The property is close to good transport links (bus and metro). The A1 is a 5 minute drive away as is the team valley, the metro center and Newcastle city center.
I have 2 very friendly cats who also share my home so you must have a tolerance of them.
The flat is about 10 minute walk to the award winning Saltwell Park.
I live in the property, work full time, run a part time business as well as studying for my PhD so am busy a lot of the time, all the members of this house work full time in professional roles and so would prefer someone in the same situation who wont be out to the early hours during the week or bring home strangers!!
Please note this is a non smoking house and therefore smokers will not be considered.
