I have a newly furnished double bedroom available in my flat in Gosforth. The room includes a double bed with underneath storage, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers and also double glazing. The property is a three bedroom upper Tyneside flat on a nice, quiet street but very close to shops and with good transport links. It is located approximately 10-15 mins walk to Gosforth High St (Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants etc.) There are also local shops 5 mins away including a Tesco Express. There are plenty of buses nearby and the journey to town is 5-10 mins. The flat also has free on street parking.

The price includes water, phone line, council tax, BT infinity fibre optic broadband and BT TV (including BT Sports).
Gas & electricity are not included and will be paid monthly with the price depending on usage (approx £20-45). Any calls from landline are also extra.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. I'm 33 and work full time as a teacher and the other room is occupied by a 36 year old doctor. We're both easy going and the flat has a friendly, relaxed but quiet atmosphere so the room wouldn't suit anyone who is looking for a place to party. It would definitely suit professionals as well as PhD students or postgraduates. No smokers and no pets.
