Bedroom

A single bedroom room in a two bedroom flat. The decor is French style, so it would suit a female flatmate perfectly. The flat includes a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a shower attachemnt, a washing machine and a nicley decorated living room with a gas fire. There is a back yard shared by the upstairs flat, and there is free parking available on the street.

The flat has a gas boiler and central heating throughout. All bills are included with the rent, and the flat has a very high speed broadband connection, with either wired or wireless access, depending on which you prefer. The flat is roughly a two minuite walk from a bus that will take you to the city center in ten minuites, and a Metro station is about a five-ten minuite walk away. Chillingham road is about a one minuite walk away, which has tons of amenities.

I am a quiet and considerate housemate, and I spend most of my time at home in my room. I hardly ever use the living room, so feel free to use it however you like! I do enjoy going out and about in the town during the night, and the odd house party is always fun.
