This is a 6 bed house situated in a street very popular with students within walking distance of the Universities. This is a lovely warm house, fully double glazed which is also close to local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Let as a houseshare - 5 rooms have been taken so far by 5 girls all studying at Northumbria. We are looking for friendly easy going housemates who like nights in but still like to go out occasionally. We are not really looking for party animals but we are all quite easy going. The property enjoys many up to date features including gas central heating, double glazing, a high security master key lock system and individual locks to all bedroom doors together with full burglar alarm and fire detection systems. Double beds and IKEA furniture are standard. The house comprises a living room, 2 modern bathrooms with Mira showers and a modern fitted kitchen including cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and vacuum cleaner

There is small garden to the front and a concreted yard to the rear with plenty of on street parking to the front.
The property comes with a plasma tv and includes bills in the rent.


Supermarkets available are Tesco on Chillingham Road only a few minutes away with Morrisons on Shields Road, Asda and Sainsburys are both within a short distance. Regular transport into town includes the number 1, 62 bus and the metro.
