Huge, modern, double room in Heaton, £65

Hi, unfortunately due to financial reasons I am having to move out of my house share! The house is in Heaton, living with 3 lovely lovely girls who are aged 21-23. Two are final year students, one works full time.

It's the biggest room, it's an attic room, it has a double bed (with two large drawers for storage), velux window, another window (both with blinds to close), stylish floorboards, a double wardrobe, desk (which I use as a dressing table!!) and bedside cabinet (with all the furniture matching). It's a lovely room.

The house itself is a maisonette and a 3 minute walk to Morrisons, and has Sky+, a widescreen TV, dishwasher (which never gets used, dishes are done by hand), a bathroom downstairs with a bath and a shower overhead and a toilet and sink, then a shower room and separate toilet on the top floor. It's a double glazed house. There is an electricity meter and gas meter which I was very wary of at first but it has actually turned out to be a bit of a relief because you know how much is going on and no waiting for nasty bills (especially in these cold months).

There is no smoking allowed in the house but you can smoke at the front door. It's a 20 mins walk to Northumbria University but the No. 1 bus stop is about 20 meters from the house. Byker metro station is a 10 minute walk.
