We have two double bedrooms available in this superbly located five-bedroom maisonette.

Each double room has all bills included, so you only pay one fixed fee per month. This includes rent, gas, electric, water, Virgin Media broadband, TV licence and council tax.

The kitchen is modern with beech style units, tiled floor, stainless steel cooker and hob and bell extractor hood, a washing machine and separate drier. Blinds are fitted to all windows. The living room is spacious with a light, airy feel.

The flat is located in a popular street close to all the amenities including a large supermarket. It is within comfortable walking (10 minutes) and cycling distance of both Universities and the city centre.
