This is a very sociable house where we like to cook for each other, go out for meals and go to pub, drinking etc. Due to work commitments week nights are quiet-ish, regular guitar playing and movies etc. weekend parties or going out into Newcastle.

Great location close to metro and bus links into town. 2mins walk from chillingham road and local amenities, 10min walk to Asda or Sainsburys. Gym is also close by (Dw sports). Taxi to town approx £4. Freeman hospital 30mins walk. Close to heaton park and jesmond dene for walking, biking etc.

Council tax and bills work out about £80 PCM including of water, internet and house insurance. Very warm house with good insulation and facilities. Great landlord who is very flexible and reliable. Gas central heating and gas cooker. Electric showers.
