We have 1 room available in a clean, spacious, fully furnished 4 bedroomed house in Heaton. The house includes lounge, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, two bathrooms. The small double room includes a bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers, and has extra room on the landing for storage. Rent 295/month. On street parking is available. The house is located just off Heaton Road, along the no. 1 bus route, near Byker and Chillingham Road Metro stations and only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. There's a Sainsburys Local just around the corner, Morrisons 5 minute walk, other supermarkets within 15 minutes, gyms, cafes (including The Butterfly Cabinet) all nearby, and only 5-10 minutes to Chillingham Road Shops.

Currently living in the house is a friendly postgraduate female. The landlord's son will be moving in in September, he is also a student. We would prefer female postgrads, professionals, and mature students. We want people to help make our house a home. We like a happy home that is friendly with a sense of community, including some shared meals and game nights. We keep a very clean house and are looking for people with the same standards. We are looking for friendly and kind people to share the house and help make it a home. It's important to us to enjoy a comfortable home, cooking, crafting, chatting, reading, or just quietly relaxing after a busy day/week.

The house is owned by a private landlord so there are no agency fees. The room is available from September 1st however it may be available a little earlier if required.
