The largest room in a 7 bedroomed house is to let on four Otterburn Terrace, Jesmond which is within a 15 minute walking distance to both universities and in a good central location. The bedroom has a fireplace and a large double bed and is furnished. The house is already occupied with 6 other tenants all of which are best friends of mine and are a group of fantastic people who are friendly, outgoing and respectful and will make you feel welcome with in the home. But unfortunately due to family circumstances I am unable to continue with the tenancy and looking for a replacement tenant.
