Double room will be available from 1st Nov, Single room vacant now. For 6weeks only until December 2018. Metro station 5mins away, bus services 2min walk away taking you to City centre or Gosforth areas. Quiet residential area with local shops 5mins away or Asda and Tesco supermarkets approx 10mins walk away. City centre being 15mins away by metro or bus services which run approx every 10mins.. Single bedroom consists of single bed, wardrobes chest of drawers etc. Double bedroom consists of double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a large lounge area, kitchen, and separate wc and bathroom. Modern and warm, combi boiler, newly rewired electrics throughout the house. Large rear garden for relaxing ( if and when we get any sunshine) front garden also with driveway for parking.. I am a live in landlady, but pretty laid back, relaxed household, but like things kept clean and tidy, and to be respectful of others space. I like everyone to feel comfortable and to enjoy their stay. I have a 1yr old Cavapoo bitch now, she's a bundle of fun, fully housetrained, she's quite small and no bother.
