I have two lovely double rooms to rent in a lovely 2 bed house in Lemington. The house has just been renovated and is in immaculate condition. The price includes all bills except telephone calls.

It's perfect for commuters - it's about a ten minute drive to Newcastle city centre, and a few minutes walk to the bus stop with links all over the city and beyond. Asda supermarket as well as the local high street are a few minutes walk away and there are takeaways just down the road, as well as a corner shop.

The house has all the normal mod cons - washing machine/tumble dryer, flat screen tv, wifi etc.
