I have one great room available (Bedroom 2 on the photos) from September 1st 2026 in an excellent four bedroomed maisonette on Sixth Avenue in Heaton.

Three rooms have already been taken by student/postgrad GIRLS - one who is already living here and decided to stay for an extra year. She would be happy to show you around if you would like an insight into how happy she is living there.

I specialise in taking individuals - usually postgrads or sensible students who are looking for a clean and quiet place just to get on and live. I have taken many people from around the world previously - wherever you are from you are every welcome.

It's a great place to live in. The property is fully redecorated every summer. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with new decor, matresses, PC desks, wardrobes, mirrors and chair. It is priced at an incredibly cheap £65 per week.

The lounge is spacious with wall mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, integrated oven, ceramic hob, kettle and all utensils provided.

There is an additional lockable storage room for any cases, boxes etc. that you may have or want to store throughout the year or if you are going home for the summer and want to leave things safely in Newcastle.

Superfast Virgin Broadband is included free in the price.

The property is located 200 yards from the Chillingham Arms Pub, Chillingham Road Metro Station and bus links. It is a close walk to shops, restaurants and take-aways and is an easy walk or cycle to the Universities.

I am not an agent and I am from Newcastle so there are no fees and I will be your main point of contact throughout the year for any repairs or problems.
