I'm looking for someone to take over my contract...metrovick it's under hello student, from 7th September 2024 to 28th August 2025, the rent is 243£ per week and the accommodation is already sold out.
It's probably the best student accommodation in Newcastle, downstairs is Starbucks, Marks and Spencer is across the street, the city centre is quiet, and it's a two-minute walk from the main campus, so you don't have to worry about being lazy and skipping classes anymore.
Room number 201, big windows, is the second class studio.
