This is initially a summer let sharing with two girls available until at least September 2013 but could be longer if required.

Metro station nearby (Jesmond) & excellent bus/road links. Short walking distance to city centre, 10 mins to Northumbria uni & 15 to Newcastle uni & the quayside.

No pets allowed.

Rent £300 pcm (including water rates). Deposit is one months rent.
