Its a double room, in a lovely modern new build house next to Leazers Park(next to St James Stadium) really close to the town center also accessible by several buses if needed. Fresh food market as well as Iceland and Asda couple minutes walk away. Both Universities are less then a mile away. Parking (free) in front of the house. Rent 300 pounds per month doesn't include bills. Internet , TV and phone already in. The usual bills are around 50 pound per month in winter and 30 in summer, they can vary depending on usage of water gas etc... Deposit is one months rent.
