This is a well furnished, good size ensuit bed room with modern fittings and fixings (built in 2006). The flat contains well furnished spacious lounge cum kitchen facilities (balcony in front of the lounge), additional bathroom for the second bed room. So you will share only the lounge (with Kitchen).

The existing flat mate (owner) does not stay during week end (also travel once/twice in every month) and rarely cook in the flat. The flat mate is an open minded and friendly person.

The flat has very nice river view and balcony. Parking (one car) available within a controlled area inside the building.

Smoking is not allowed inside, party for limited people allowed (maximum once in a month), limited/no alcohol.

- Other double bedroom: £400 (include all bills and council tax)

- Parking charge £50 per month

*Only one of the two rooms will be rented and owner will stay in the other room.
