There is a library and local supermarket within walking distance. Area is very quite at night. On the Number 1 bus route with bus-stops almost outside the front door.

Rent is a mere £270 including Council Tax, gas, water and broadcband. There is a pre-pay meters for electric (roughly around £30 per month between 2 people) You would share with other tenant - a male aged 24 who works
