Room in friendly home with professional

Hi Im looking for a friendly person to rent a room in my recently new built three bed home in Blakelaw, Newcastle.
The room is furnished but I could move the furniture out if you have your own. The room is a double room and looks out onto the rear garden. I have my own ensuite so you would have full use of the bathroom.( Unless we have guests in the spare room)
There is a large kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a washing machine. I have a garage for storage and there is room for parking.
I'm a teacher, friendly and like a good laugh. Not really into sports but prefer going out with friends, cinema cooking etc.

Looking for an easy going, friendly person who likes the peace and quiet as well as a good laugh.

This is a gay friendly home.

Bus route into town near to house, 10 minute bus ride.
