Room in house share, Flexible tenancy - Fenham

I have available a double room in a friendly, mixed young professional/student house share, in Fenham (Wingrove Avenue). Students or young professionals are welcome.

The location is a 20 minute walk to the University and city centre. It's on a lovely quiet street with free parking. There are food shops nearby and we are right next to a park.

No deposit is required, just payment of rent 1 month in advance. There are no agency fees or anything. We have fast internet speed, a big living room with dinning table, a large kitchen with breakfast table, utility room, washing machine & tumble dryer.
Bills are paid monthly with the rent, they are a fixed price each month to keep things simple and they are subject to fair use.

The room comes furnished.

The house is clean and tidy providing a very pleasant living environment. The housemates are very relaxed, friendly and there is plenty of space.

Preferred stay at least 3 months, but shorter term lets are considered too, please ask. Very flexible with contracts, one full months notice before leaving is fine so it gives me time to find a new tenant. Just let me know your plans in advance.

If your arriving from the airport it is straight forward to get a taxi to the house and costs about £15. Duvet/pillows or bed sheets can be provided at an extra cost if that helps, do ask.
