Room available in a two bedroom flat

Hello there,

I have a good size bedroom available immediately.

The flat is a 2 bedroom (one double bed and one single bed. Although there is a single bed in the other bedroom, the room itself is of average size). The flat has a very smart modern kitchen, with a washing machine and fridge-freezer. There is a large comfortable lounge, dinning, toilet, bathroom and a full garden just behind the flat. The flat is very close to the Morrisons in Fenham and there are many buses from the area straight into town (36, 63, 71, 72, 73, 74, 87, 88).

I am a PhD student, clean, friendly, outgoing and very easy to get. I work quite hard during the week and like to enjoy my weekend by going to cinema or out for a drink and/or dinner. I am really quite tidy and easy to get along with and I would like a flatmate with similar qualities.

The rent is quite cheap at £200/month (excluding bills), but the bills ranges between £30-£60/month. The contract for the room will be for six months minimum.
