Hi there! We are a very happy and friendly household who are looking for people to join us. The rent includes all of your bills except for the telephone which is extra and worked out on an itemised bill. We have broadband and also Sky in both of the living areas. We are more than happy to take couples but the rent is a little extra for two.
We have great views of the river and it is a nice walk into the city centre. There is also a very regular Quaylink bus service into the city.
The area is nice and quiet and we have a great garden for the summer.
If you are a walker it will take you 20 minutes to 30 minutes to walk to the city. About a ten minute walk to the nearest metro station.
