Entire flat available for one month

There is a modern flat, 2 minutes from the train station available for one month maximum from the 5th of August. Short term lets will also be considered (within the period of 5th August - 4th September). There is a spacious modern kitchen/living room and a modern bathroom. The property usually has 3 tenants but we will have all moved out so the flat will be completely empty. The location of the flat is next to the train station, near the Life centre. The closest supermarket is less than two minutes walk away and the centre of town is about ten minutes walk away.
