Hello, I have one large room to rent in the Sunderland area.
I am a 30 year old woman returning back to education.
I am very clean and tidy and would expect my room mate to be the same. I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and really enjoyed the company.
I have a English springer that's lives in the house with me. She's very friendly and gets on well with anyone.
Some weekends I'll be heading south to see friends so you'll have the place to yourself. I'm happy for guest to come over also as long as they respect the place also.
