Student room at The Forge Available! !
I am looking for someone to take over my standard room at the Forge. Its in a 5 person flat and there all great people! currently 2 boys and 2 girls. The rent works out at 79. 50 per week including all bills and internet, however it is actually paid in 3 installments of 993 each time the student loans come in! I have already paid until January and don't mind losing out a bit and letting someone else move in before then without paying anything towards whats already been paid, you would just have to pay the last 2 installments due in January April!
