You get a great view from this building with it being right next to the Wear bridge and the river. Depending on which side of the building you are, you can see the Stadium of Light's scoreboard.

This room is not en-suite. If you prefer en-suite, every flat's first room has an en-suite bathroom. They are £395 pcm. So every flat has two bathrooms, one being en-suite.

All bills are included with the exception of electricity. That includes fast wifi. Every flat has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. Some also have tumble dryers. There is a 12 hour a day concierge service available.
