There is a large bathroom dedicated to lodger use only, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of storage and a sizeable and comfortable living room. There is also a shed that would be ideal for bike storage.

Myself and the other lodger Phil are both working professionals. We're friendly and get on well around the house, but also enjoy our own hobbies and routines. I'm looking for a third and final person who fits into this sort of vibe.
