Large double room in a two bed house!

Up for rent is an amazing, very big and bright room in a two bedroom house in Wallsend! The room has a wardrobe, a mirror, chest of drawers and a shelf, unfortunately you'll have to get your own bed (provisional inflatable bed or a single guest bed is available).
The location is great for commuting both to the city centre and the beach (7 minutes walk to metro). Personally I cycle, which takes me about 20 minutes. All the high street shops are just 3 minutes walk and there are Chinese and Indian takeaways on our doorsteps!

The rest of the house comprises of a nice shared living room with a cool chesterfield sofa and even cooler brick fireplace (unfortunately the TV and PS4 are being taken away from me so please don't be shy and bring yours!), fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. There's also a large storage cupboard for all your off-season clothes, tents, clown costumes and other random garbage, as well as a small backyard. There are wooden floors throughout and the house is full of character with its cool original features. I've only moved in recently so the decor and furniture is still a work in progress! :) (the wallpaper is really hurting my eyes).

You'd be sharing only with me, almost 22 year old student finishing her bachelor's degree at Northumbria. I've been sharing houses for the past 4 years and I am very well trained to clean up after myself and keep in mind that not everybody is interested to hear my music, see me naked or have strangers around 24/7. I don't have any crazy rules, all I'm asking for is mutual consideration, basic hygiene and willingness to have a chat over a glass of wine every now and then.

Couples are welcome, the price would be slightly adjusted just to cover the extra bills. There is no deposit (yay!), however reference check and a contract are required, which will cost around £150. The price listed is inclusive of bills!
