There are two double rooms available in a warm, airey, comfortable five bedroom victorian terrace, close to the sea, metro and town centre.

I am working in Sheffield, and will be living at home only occasionally for odd weekends and days off. The household includes my son, age 20 who is away at University and will be back occassionally and a post doc in his 20s visiting Newcastle University until the end of November. A room has become available because another lodger has moved out to work in the lake district.

All household bills are included. There is GCH throughout, virgin tivo and 60MB wireless broadband, shared: bathroom with bath and walk in gas shower, wc, separate wc, tall larder fridge and larder freezer, washer, tumbler, dishwasher, combi-microwave and cooker, 42" HD lcd TV, living room and separate kitchen.

There is street parking available in the street and a free permit for neighbouring streets which have permit parking.

The £85 room is larger, but both are furnished with wardrobes, chest drawers, desk and double bed.
£5 extra per week for short term lets, £10 extra per week for couple sharing the room.
