Aldi & TNT a few minutes walk. Plenty of on street parking, large rear garden. All bills included except telephone. Would suit a clean and tidy professional person. I am an easy going female who likes to socialise but I also like my own space / quiet time and respect others privacy.
Central location to all motorways - M6, M69, M1, M42. I am quite flexible so any questions please ask.
I am looking for a considerate, clean and tidy professional. I do not allow smoking in my home but if you are willing to smoke outside or in the outhouse then smokers are welcome.
