Hi I'm Emma, Single 23yr Nurse. I'm a laid back, friendly person.
Very spacious 2 bed terrace house. Large double bedroom for rent- unfortunately no tv Arial at present but to be looked at, small built in wardrobe, Off road parking for two cars (mine and another). Small garden. I have a 1 year old labrador puppy so must be pet friendly, I have a dog walker for when I am at work but would also be good if this could be helped with. I am a shift worker. The house is fully furnished with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Also utility room with downstairs toilet and washing machine (no dryer). I am happy to carry out all cleaning duties as long as you pick up after yourself. Also happy to accept somebody mon-fri for different price. Bills do not include food.
