Currently the property is shared by myself (Faraz) and a trainee teacher who has recently moved in (Rachel). I am looking for a quiet, considerate lodger who respects personal space and privacy. I spend most of my time away from the property so am also looking for someone who I can trust while I'm away.

Looking for a quiet, non-smoker, who is tidy and easygoing. The room is ready to move into immediately.

The bedroom includes a sturdy double bed, fitted cupboard/wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also included is an aerial point if the lodger would like to provide their own TV.

There is 1 spacious shared bathroom, consisting of high quality shower, sink, bath and toilet.

Downstairs, the property consists of comfortable lounge, separate dining room and large kitchen.

Kitchen includes electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen also provides access to the rear of the property, which includes a spacious, mature garden, which is not overlooked at the rear. There is a patio area, and access to the front of the property via a small entry to the side of the house.

The property is within 2 minutes walking distance of LIDL, and various other amenities. The town centre is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute car journey.
