Great transport links to London, only 45 minutes by train, near to M1, M6 & A45. On excellent bus route to Rugby town center.

In walking distance to pub, approx 15 mins, less than 5 mins from local CO-OP, Fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway, and Hairdressers, 15 minutes walking distance to Bilton for two more pubs to choose from, including Indian takeaway, and another Chinese takeaway, and fish & chip shop.
