Near leam/Gaydon 1room to rent - barn conversion

One available room in a shared house The property is a converted barn and as it's not in central Leamington Spa it benefits from relatively cheap rent for a huge amount of space. I'm really not exaggerating. Everyone who comes here says how gorgeous the place is! Also we only have two neighbours so they don't mind us having friends around etc

The barn is 10 mins from Gaydon and 10 mins from Leamington Spa. Both existing housemates have lived in the area for a number of years so know it well!

We're quite sociable, love cooking and having people round for dinner. We're generally doing something or another whether that be at the pub watching the rugby or travelling on holiday. We're looking for a new housemate with similar interests who is laid back, sociable and is happy to take equal ownership of cleaning up etc!
