Im a single father who has a 4 year old staying 2 nights of the week.
I mainly go to work during the evenings, so the house is generally empty during the hours of 3pm - 10 pm at weekends i tend to stay at my girlfriends house so again the house is usually free.
The house is nicely decorated with all the usual amenities.
Location is in a well presented area of Nuneaton.
Room is available with immediate effect.
