Kenilworth House Share, Large Quiet House

The room available is on the ground floor of a converted bungalow which has a rear courtyard and 2 parking spaces (on a first come basis) with other unlimited on-road parking

All the bedrooms are approx 3. 3 x 3. 1 m (11 x 10. 5 ft) and this one has a long range of fitted wardrobes

Common areas are large lounge, conservatory, and kitchen and there is a separate bathroom and separate shower room (1 of the other room as an en-suite).

The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, fridge, chest freezer, cooker, microwave, and washing machine

When requested I have provided other furniture items if not already in the room ie desks, but the house is fully furnished

Included in the charge is the gas, water and elec. , council tax, and internet.

This is a hassle free household and many of the former sharers have stayed for years.
