There is easy access to major motorways (M6, M42, M40) and both Warwick and Coventry Universities are nearby. The bus to Warwick University runs from the top of the road.

The house was completely refurbished 4 years ago, with a modern kitchen offering all amenities (double oven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, microwave...).

The lounge and dining room are large and comfortable with satellite TV and wifi. The room is pleasant with bedside table, wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and a desk.

The tenant has their own (family) bathroom with bath and shower.

There is also a large attractive garden with rear access directly to Abbey End.

I have an 8 year old daughter who stays 2-3 nights per week.

This property is suitable for contractors in Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Birmingham Airport.

A Monday to Friday option is available at a cost of £95 per week.
